Credit Crunch and Sealed Games

Post by type-r on Sun Jul 06, 2008 1:35 pm

Anyone else notice that the credit crunch and general world economy (petrol/gas prices etc) is having an effect on sealed game prices. I've noticed a few PCE games for example going for a lot less than they would normally do.

This is good news for people who have been saving their money - now is the time to buy games at below market prices!

I think sealed gaming applied mostly to those who have too much disposable income (unless you're a poor fool who is addicted to plastic wrap like sme of us) and thus, it is this type or person who has enough of a buffer, financially, to withstand ecnomic changes, at least for a while. Or people get creative, like a sell a few, buy a few, etc etc.
