gameboy light's

hi everyone , i'm not sure if this is in the correct section but pascal will move it if its not ?

i need some info on the gameboy light consoles , they were only release in japan , gold or silver .

does anyone know anything about them , production run , value unsealed but boxed with manual etc ???

There's 7 or so special models of the GB Light too.

Pokemon one, Astro Boy one, Clear Yellow one etc.

I have a silver one I will be selling soon. They're pretty cool.

btw, the gold and silver systems were never "factory" sealed. like many of the products that nintendo released, boxes are not sealed so that the retailers could stamp warranty information onto the manual pages when the it was initially purchased.

like rarebucky, I too have a silver system. they're pretty nice and offer a bright "indiglo"-like display when you shift the power switch to the 'light' position.
