Not a single tear strip in sight! Are your GameBoy games Euro versions or American imports? I've never seen a lot of those titles before.

That is because the shrinkwrap keeps shrinking to the point where it eventually splits open. This has happened on a few of my Dvd's already, where they have perhaps gotten warm in my spare room and the shrinkwrap has split at the weakest point. You can usually tell if it's going to happen, as small holes start to appear on the corners or on the middle of the front / back face where it is stretched the most. :study:

I have about 200 GameBoy Classic games, those sealed ones on the pics are most of my US versions. The rest is PAL.

The American version of Portrait Of Ruin is quite common to find online, but the European version is a lot harder to find sealed for some reason. Sealed Portrait Of Ruin's are easier to locate than sealed Dawn Of Sorrow's

The US-Versions are very common yes. Never looked up the Pal Versions, but they still should be pretty easy to get. US Castlevanias are very easy to get sealed for all the systems.
Still need the jap. DoS sealed...

I still need loads of CV stuff, but sealed... I know I should get them sealed, but the money I would need and rarity of some stuff Shocked

Maybe I should completely replace my unsealed CV collection with sealed copys :o

Quite right. But even so, it has taken me until now to track down a sealed UK copy of Dawn Of Sorrow, and I was lucky that I didn't have to wait the same amount of time to find a sealed Portrait Of Ruin. I had been searching for a sealed Dawn Of Sorrow ever since playing Aria Of Sorrow, which in my opinion is the best Castlevania game I have played

Strange, a GER copy of Dawn Of Sorrow is so easy to find. Since several months sealed First Release copys are sold for 20€. Very Happy
