I hate when ebay sellers are deceptive. This one reseals all their games. At least they say that it is resealed in their description, but it is hard to read, and I bet some people are fooled. I don't think they should be allowed to call it "Brand New" though, like this one does. They know people will pay more for sealed, but I wonder if any buyers think a reseal should still be worth more. Why bother resealing them unless you are a scammer?

I agree. If you take a look at their items, they'll say something like: "You are bidding on a Brand New Resealed N64 Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time" - But why reseal them in the first place if not to deceive? Why not simply list it as used? By admitting that it's a reseal, they're admitting to fraud. Who knows if a game is actually in the box unless it's opened, and to people like us, that's a chance you have to take. Thank God for the red Nintendo tear strip we have in this country, and PlayStation / PSP tear strips! At least this decreases the chances of being scammed

And to add insult to injury, they also say "NOTE: This is not the collector's edition pictured. The one for this auction is the Player's Choice Million Seller. 1998-1999 Game of the year." Talk about deceptive. They might as well post a picture of the NWC NES cart.

Yeah, that's happened to me too. I bid on a Grand Theft Auto III game, the game pictured was a MINT condition version of the original game... i recieved a platinum version that looked like it had been thrown against the wall and then fed to lions. Needless to say a major dispute and barrage of insults followed and i got my money back and was able to keep the game for free.
The story ended well but still... like everyone i hate deceptive ebayers Mad
