Plastic cases Empty Plastic cases

I was looking in the Important Sealed Facts thread in the Sony section the other day and noticed one of the pictures seemed to have another layer or plastic besides the orginal plastic wrap on it. After looking through the entire General Sealed Discussion I found a thread about this but none of the links were useful anymore. Where do you buy these plastic casings for extra protection for your sealed collections? I am interested in PS2 casings.
