What's worse?
What would you say is worse:
Tear in the shrink wrap or crack in the case/dent in the box???

Re: What would you say is worse:
I hate box/case damage.
The shrinkwrap or cellophane is just keeping it new and fresh but the case is part of the game and its value to a collector.
I have a few sealed games which aren't 100% sealed or have a tear here and there but that's okay, I care way more about my sealed games that have an obvious crack in the case, even if it's just a tiny scratch.
Broken pins inside cases is the worst. I hate hearing them flying around in the case, probably leaving small scratches on the disc's surface

Re: What would you say is worse:
Box / Case damage definitely. I'm often not too bothered about whether aor not the plastic has a price sticker on it - What I hate is when stores would plaster huge stickers onto Snes / N64 and other Nintendo boxes, which is actually damaging the actual product. If they are on the plastic then that's fine as I know the actual game and box below is 100% perfect
If a game is sealed and perfect except for a small crack on the case then I consider this worse than if a game was sealed and only has superficial damage to the cellophane. Obviously if I have bought a game which has been listed as "Sealed and perfect" then I would be annoyed if I received it in any other condition. A broken case is worse as the game below the plastic is not in good condition - In regards to PlayStation and Dreamcast games, it's not really too serious though as the cases are easily changed, although squashed Nintendo boxes are a more serious issue
You might also want to add "Loose discs" to the options. I hate sealed games that have loose discs and / or loose pips rattling around inside, and seem to receive too many these days due to being knocked around during transport

Re: What would you say is worse:
Wrap is much worse. Sealed is still sealed. Even if the game was damaged under, it is still an example of a new, never touched game, despite the trauma. Once the seal starts tearing, the underneath is going to start getting damaged anyway, so it's the worse of both worlds.

A perfect box/game is much more important then plastic to me.

Re: What would you say is worse:
The plastic is there to protect the surface of a game, but isn't part of the product itself, so it's much more important that the box/case be in mint condition.
