What is Dreamstudio?
Itīs best compared to the RPG Maker on the Playstation, with the difference that this time you can programm your own action-adventure. It is impossible to play for someone who is not able to read japanese due to the the missing option of language selection.

Re: Casselfornia Sealed Dreamcast Collection
There`s no tear off (?) stripe! But it`s sealed good and fits perfect. I have no clue if that is factory sealed or resealed. BTW: The picture is bad ^^Pascal wrote:Why do you think its a reseal?
Re: Casselfornia Sealed Dreamcast Collection
It's a double-disc case. As far as I know those came shrinkwrapped as well as the slightly "fatter" japanese cases (just a tiny bit fatter than the usual CD case) seem to be always shrinkwrapped (I'm not 100% sure though!?).
Re: Casselfornia Sealed Dreamcast Collection
OK! I understand. The tear-off stripe is not necessary on doubledisc-case boxed DC Games. Never saw any sealed doubledisc-case before. Sorry!
Re: Casselfornia Sealed Dreamcast Collection
okay maybe we must wait until someone post some pictures of his/her doubledisc-case boxed DC games. So we can compare them.

hmm maybe some big case sealed DC games do not have the tear strip and maybe some big case sealed DC games have the tear strip. Do anyone know if the shrinkwrapped sealed style is a original seal style for japanese sealed DC games?

Re: Casselfornia Sealed Dreamcast Collection
I think so too. But I don't know it. Maybe the tear shrinkwrapped seal style is an older seal version (like the older shrinkwrapped versions of ps1 games which are in double disc boxes).

Re: Casselfornia Sealed Dreamcast Collection
I asked Adol about Japanese seals once. I will post the PMs here, I think it's okay with him.
Gemini-Phoenix once told me about the Eldorado Gate II phenomenon which is the only game of the series that' shrinkwrapped. Probably because of a recall and they resealed it that way after fixing something or whatever.
But also, the case of Eldorado Gate II is a little fatter than the normal cases.
Endless discussion :P We should ask SEGA
So I think it's really hard to tell if a game is factory sealed or resealed or why it is sealed that way and so on.Originally Posted by Ostro
Hello there,
you're the one with the awesome Japanese DC Games Collection right?
Well, I've got a question about the differences of the sealing of the games.
As far as I know there are the normal games, normal cases, with a strip on them to open the game.
And those cases that are slightly fatter and are shrinkwrapped.
I hope I'm right and I just wanted to ask if you know a specific system behind it so that I can also see if a double cd case is factory sealed or resealed.
Hope you get what I want, hehe
Thanks in advance,
cheers
