But yeah the game is in 10/10 Gem mint condition so im more than satisfied:yippiyea:

Re: Post your holy grail... (your rarest sealed game)
Any idea how much is worth the Asian version of the same game (SCPS Serial number, instead of SLPS),same condition (mint, factory sealed)..?
I was thinking like $350,but maybe i'm wrong.

Re: Post your holy grail... (your rarest sealed game)
in perfect sealed condition its around $100 ... even the CV collectors are not very thought after this version!
Re: Post your holy grail... (your rarest sealed game)
Strange,i find the Asian version to be WAY rarer than japanese one (not more sought after, but rarer)
If we're talking about the same thing?

Re: Post your holy grail... (your rarest sealed game)
sure the Asian version is a way rarer but the total demand is very low (like I said even big CV collectors dont really bother about the Asian CV versions...)

If they dont note any flaws then everyone would have 100s. Nice game btw.

Re: Post your holy grail... (your rarest sealed game)
seriously i don't think there's ANY flaws on that mario. It's just the stupid grading system. a 100 points grade system is really stupid. Diapason is way long. It should be much more simple. like 1,2,3,4,5. Where 5 is a fresh from the box game. no matter it has a microscopic dust or fingerprints on it.
Re: Post your holy grail... (your rarest sealed game)
I don't know that it's "stupid" - they are just really picky in how they grade. I've mentioned this before - anything 80 or better is what we all consider "mint". Most 75s are pretty close to mint too, with usually 1 or 2 flaws. I will say 90 is pretty much the highest grade you can get - they have only graded a few 95s and I believe those were graded 95 out of the case (as in, a case was sent to VGA and they pulled them out for the first time to grade them). Also, 90s are nearly indistinguishable from 85s - they are both dead mint.

Yes because it is VERY difficult to find truly brand new copies.

You will never guess if it's new or been played at least once.
My copy lso looks like it was NEVER played. But how could i tell? It's impossible.

Right, which is why it's a big deal to have VGA authenticate it. They know if it's new or not. Technically, to my knowledge, I have the only "official" brand new copy of Earthbound right now.

No - NA forum member. I paid MIB pricing for it but it was sold to me as brand new (and obviously, it was).
