Oh Boku no Natsuyasumi 3. I have played the PSP version of this game. It´ll just give you what the titel also promises: Summer holidays in the 20th century. An interesting game to play especially when you kind of like the japanese culture but as almost all games with a storyline to them extremly hard to play without the knowledge of the japanese language.
Ieven once thougt about buying it for my PS3.

Anyone knows the song in the trailer with a voice?


Btw. that games concept sounded so cool. "a summer vacation in Japan 1975. A vacation in 1933 had been even better though:P


But the graphics on the humans? Damn ugly.

The game seems to be a mix of:

Mii`s (from wii sports)
Tales Of Symphonia

yeah right ! I think the music is the real soundtrack of the game. I don't think that is any special artist.

But i love the settings and beautiful locations. The figures are ugly thats true ...

I agree, those characters do look like they're from a PS2 or even PS1 game, but the backgrounds and the rest looks lovely!

And did anyone else here really want that little boys head to get sliced off when he leant out of the window? I was just expecting a huge pole to come and whack him in the face! Lol!

I own Boku no Natsuyasumi 3 / My Summer Vacation 3. If you're short on PS3 games to play, then get it!. It's a very enchanting game, full of atmosphere, nostalgia, and one of the most relaxing games I've played. :heart:

Ratchet And Clank - PS3 Demo Impressions

The demo is available now on PSN USA, at 1.6 Gb in size. I was happy that it only took 15 minutes to download, since some people had complained that it was taking hours on Neogaf.

I've never played a Rachet game before, so played it without much knowledge of the series, and without hype. I never thought I'd be interested in it, but it's a must buy now!.

The demo only lasted me about 7 minutes, but it was 7 minutes of fun. You grind rails (like Jet Set Radio), glide through a Fifth Element type air traffic using the motion controller (which works well, and isn't flimsy like most motion controlled PS3 games).

The graphics are probally the best I've seen on the PS3, you have to see it for yourself. While you are grinding rails, you have trains coming towards you, and a big ship shooting lazers, so you must keep changing rail to avoid them. The combat with enemies is mediocre, but some of the power ups are fun.

The gameplay was very easy, and there was limited interaction with what you do (there are many jumping pods, but all you can do is jump on them. You can't stear your landing).

The demo is perfectly timed, as you are getting sucked in, but it abruptly finishes. I think the demo will convince many PS3 owners to purchase it straight away!, especially kids, old school games, and graphic whores.

Dolby Digital sound, crisp animation, a busy futuristic city, and many enemies are all there to impress.

I also played the demo version and i was suprised too ! Very nice gameplay and beautiful animations and graphics ! Although I never played any of these games before the gameplay is very easy and if you play for 1 minute you lerned the whole gameplay system!
The game reaches very high ratings !

It is.

It was announced for PS3, but was cancelled. Game Trailers havn't updated their page to remove the PS3 icon.

Last week it was announced a PS3 Katamari game will be released. No videos have been released, and it will be a totally new game.

Where's the innovation? It looks like Tony Hawks Pro Skater + Physx engine. What's so new? THe gamma and palette of game looks horrible.

Hell yes i am but i i have my eyes as well. Well maybe i'm too old for such crappy games for modern children. The bright colors don't amuze me much too. Modern games really suck. They are weak, easy and lame. Ohh and bugged also. Well, maybe i am sceptic.
But for last years there were VERY few good games that kept me playing more then once for a few hours.
