Why do you say that, SH? I would've thought that Goldeneye or Ocarina Of Time would be more of a Holy Grail than Mario Party 3. As far as sealed PAL N64 games go, this is pretty common compared to some of the other tiles he has (Snowboard Kids is particularly hard to get sealed, as is Goldeneye)

Re: Dconway321's Collection of N64 and Gamecube and SNES!!!!
Goldeneye is Definitely my Holy Grail, not Mario Party 3 (though happy with it) especially as Goldeneye was only £50 bought a couple of months ago. Looking for any more Mario Games, if anyone has duplicates?

Re: Dconway321's Collection of N64 and Gamecube and SNES!!!!
I'm not familiar with the N64-scene...but I know that Mario Party 3 in Germany goes for about ~40 Euro (mint) and I think Goldeneye is much more "cheaper".
I don't know how it's with the sealed prices...but for used ones it's vice versa. MP3 is more expensive.
And if it's so, then it's kind of crazy in my eyes

Re: Dconway321's Collection of N64 and Gamecube and SNES!!!!
I would personally rate these ten sealed N64 games, in order of lowest (Cheapest and most common) to highest (Harder to find / More expensive), as follows:
F1 World Grand Prix can commonly be found sealed on most eBay sites for under £10 (Original version as well as Player's Choice version). There is almost always a sealed Pokemon Snap or three as well for around £10-£12. Perfect Dark is also now considered common, whereas it was once sought after and I would value it at around £5-£15 (Towards the end of the N64's life it was hard to get hold of, and then after the release of the GameCube, a large batch of sealed ones suddenly came out of nowhere and flooded the market). There's also been a lot of sealed Pokemon Puzzle League's appear lately too, and sell for around £10-£20 depending on auction type. Then here lies Mario Party 3, which doesn't appear as often as it once did, but appears more frequently than the five games that I have listed after it. It usually sells for around £30-£40, with an average Buy It Now auction being around £35
Sealed Mario Golf's appears less often than Mario Party 3, and it's price seems to have risen slightly over the last few years. There seems to be high demand for it, and often goes above £50, with an average of around £60-£65. Wave Race 64 is also a very sought after game, regardless of which release it is. Original releases tend to fetch a higher price, but even the Player's Choice version commands a reasonable price tag, averaging over £60 most times, and anywhere upto around £80-£90 (To some, this game is the pinnacle of the N64).
Snowboard Kids is a very hard game to obtain sealed, probably due to it being an Atlus game. I also believe it had a Player's Choice release too. Sealed copies of this game don't appear often, and less frequently than most other games here. It can average anywhere between £30-£90, depending on demand and the collector's.
As for Goldeneye... I would possibly say that there are perhaps less sealed examples of this than there are sealed Ocarina Of Time's, plus it's a very sought after title for N64 collector's, FPS collector's, and also RARE collector's. It usually attracts a lot of interest, whereas there always seems to be at least one or two sealed Zelda's on eBay at any given time. I have seen sealed PAL Goldeneye's (Original print) sell for over £200, with the Player's Choice versions selling for mid £100's. Compared to Ocarina Of Time which tends to fluctuate depending on the supply & demand, Goldeneye seems to hold a steady price at the moment

Re: Dconway321's Collection of N64 and Gamecube and SNES!!!!
Very nice collection! I love the N64 games, at most when they're sealed with the Nintendo tear strip. But some of the pictures I can't see. Would be nice if you show all your games.

Re: Dconway321's Collection of N64 and Gamecube and SNES!!!!
Jaffar....you are more in the N64-scene than I am.
I would say: If you put a sealed Mario Party 3 and a sealed Goldeneye in the GERMAN ebay, I would say the Mario Party would get much more bids and money. Don't you think so? That's why I thought MP3 is the holy grail.
Maybe we can ask undead collector...he is very familiar with N64
I can't say anything about the rarity of those games, might be that Goldeneye is the rarest of them.
I know that Ocarina of Time is very very often in ebay in these days. Nearly every week is one in the UK ebay.....and this is the second rarest of thse games above?

Re: Dconway321's Collection of N64 and Gamecube and SNES!!!!
I'm maybe familiar with the N64, but not with sealed games. But I also remarked, that the last days there were many OoT, even if they are at most from one seller. I that case, you're right Sammelhammel. But as you can read, Gemini also inclued how expensive a game is, so I think OoT is in this case almost on the top (if the prices from GP are right). The price from OoT sank, but it is although expensive with ~68 pounds (average I think). But I know anything about other prices, but I agree with you, that Mario Party 3 is very rare in Germany.
Re: Dconway321's Collection of N64 and Gamecube and SNES!!!!
The reason that Mario Party 3 may be more sought after in Germany is because it was one of the last few games to be released for the N64 rightbefore the GameCUbe came out, and most stocks of this game were pulled from the shelves almost straight after release to make room for the next-gen consoles and games. Here in the UK, the game stayed on the shelves a little longer, yet it is still quite hard to get. Plenty of ealed copies still exist as old stock is gradually sold off, but they are drying up, and it is getting harder and harder to get hold of the game in sealed condition.
Zelda is only "Rare" because there is high demand for the game in this condition, thus why it sells for so much. I would say that as far as rarity of a sealed copy goes, it's probably as likely to see a sealed Ocarina Of Time as it is to see a sealed Mario Party 3, Mario Golf, whereas these days it's must less likely to see a sealed Snowboard Kids, Goldeneye, or Wave Race 64 (Player's Choice or otherwise). In terms of how "Rare" an actual game in, in this condition, I would probably say that a sealed Goldeneye is much harder to come by than any, especially as it is a much earlier N64 game than games like Zelda and Mario Party 3

Personally i like the sealed wario ware game, it's one of those games i have been looking for for a while now but never seem to find one.
BTW Nice collection, it's very impressive especially since you've been only collecting for 9 months. This time next year, at the rate you're going, it'll be an awsome collection that'll take some beating.
Have fun hunting!!!
