PS2 Games - Spine Art

How annoying! I've just bought Super Bust-A-Move for PS2 and the spine is all multi-coloured! Completely ruins my whole shelf of white & black spines!
To my knowledge, there's not many PAL PS2 games that feature spine art. I know there's a Colin McRae game, but how many others?

Only one I got is Super Bust-A-Move (except for a few import games).

This is related but on another system, does Wii have colorful spines like their US counterparts or just plain black and white?

No. Unlike the GameCube spines which are bright and colourful, the Wii spines are plain white with just the title text, similar to PS2 games, with just a slight difference in the fonts / styles used for the title and / or logo.
