I wouldn't buy that. You have no idea what's inside (we all know MD games were not sealed). Not that you would anyway, but I'm just saying

Not really. Kung Fu along with Pinball are probably the least desirable and least valuable sealed black box NES titles. $51 is a good deal of course anyway.

just filed an item not received claim against that moron.
i've already wasted 50 usd on him last year, when i bought gb "last action hero" & "cliffhanger" from him and the games never arrived. unfortunately, i was travelling alot back then & missed the claiming deadline. he ignored my requests for explanation or refund, of course.
now i've decided to try him again and bought nes "die hard" and gb "last action hero". paid one month ago, no games in sight. inquired about the shipping date three days ago - ignored again.
also bought nes "mad max" a few weeks ago, still waiting for it as well - in case it doesnt arrive during this week, i'll file a second claim.

this dude is INCREDIBLY slow (well... Vic Ireland is beyond comparison..lol..).
Moreover when he sent my package it got stuck in the customs cause he forgot something. So he had to resend it.

You're not the only one. Even in the US he takes like 3-4 weeks to ship after you pay. But I have always gotten my stuff. So if you're overseas you can add another 2 weeks before you get your item.

well, if that lowlife has the time to scour ebay for bargains 24/7, he should find the time to at least write a short reply to my message & tell me that he is busy ripping off people and will not make it to the post office until 2011.rarebucky wrote:You're not the only one. Right. I am not saying you shouldn't file a claim - you have to, to protect yourself. I am just giving you realistic timeframes from this guy to expect your stuff.

Could'nt of said it any better. I myself had to wait about 3 weeks. All he cares about is collecting the money it seems.

yea I'll second that this guy is a slow-ass shipper and a 24/7 eBay lurker, BUT: he is a good seller. When my game arrived that I bought from him paypal deadline was long gone, I told him about it and he said he would give partial refund after I leave (+). I did so and he gave money back right away. He's a good seller in my books.

No he's not a good seller. His stuff smells of smoke, the condition is often not as described, he's a slow shipper and he has failed to ship stuff completely to several people on this board and many others on other message boards. The appropriate reaction to have to someone like this is not to do business with them and to let others know about your bad experiences.

he doesn't even react to my paypal claim. apparently he's got more important stuff to take care of, e.g. to list a 4000 usd copy of nes popeye.

He got suspended once before. Next suspension means he is banned from using ebay.

That is an excellent price. My non-graded worse condition copy went for more.
