What is a reasonable price for Final Fantasy 2 SNES?

Im not asking what its worth because thats different. I know its worth alot less. If someone put up a .99 auction what would be the end price for a NM or Mint?

I sold a FF2 in about 80 condition for $1200. He was willing to pay more then $2000 for a mint copy and I believe still would for an upgrade.

when was this?! come to me first I would have paid more than that.

I know. I do regret selling it a little because it was my only copy and I found out I could of got $1500 a few weeks later. But I was able to get some other titles that I really wanted due to this sale. Actually the only FF title that interests me is Mystic Quest. I was never able to get hooked on FF2 for some reason.

Not sure really. It's really, really tough to find. The last one I saw on ebay was over a year ago. I got a mint copy around 2001, and was glad to finally get it after searching for one for at least a year, perhaps two.
