Re: brinn selling resealed games
hehe.. for your entertainment. Opening resealed Sword of Vermillion for which i paid 10x more then actual used game price.
The contents were in very good condition, but not new for sure. The was a vertical stain on the manual (cannot be seen in video but i'm tryin to show it) and a little curling on the top.
and here is a Gauntlet reseal.
The manual is curled, and the cart has some scratches!

Re: brinn selling resealed games
hey guys, havent been in these forums for awhile since i became very busy. to add to everyone else who had problems with this guy, i had a run in with brinn. he gave me my only negative feedback because he overcharge for shipping. he will even insult you if you try to prove him wrong. he did the same thing for other ebay members. i believe he looks at garage sales and buys these games and reseals them himself and claims its factory sealed. that or he has another name that buys the used games (i doubt it though, he doesn't seem to be very smart). i would report him to ebay. eventually, if the FBI got involve he will go to jail for what hes doing.

Re: brinn selling resealed games
Well, I can say I've bought a LOT of stuff from Brinn over the past year. There was 1 game I was sure was a reseal (Captain Commando SNES) and he refunded me (I didn't open it). The rest I am 99% sure are factory sealed.

Re: brinn selling resealed games
I guess you just don't have the guts to open them
As for SNES stuff it's pretty simple to guess a reseal. But for sega it's hard.

Re: brinn selling resealed games
Come on, maybe Sega employees used to test games before having them factory sealed.
U HAS THE RARE EMPLOYEE-TESTED-SEAL-VERSIONS!!!!11
Screw that guy, and sorry about the waste of money - I wasted over 240$ with junk American sellers, never sending stuff or sending stuff and charging 3 times for for shipping, or just sending in letters and breaking seals. They suck.

Re: brinn selling resealed games
BTW, I just went and watched your videos again DS, haha, funny stuff You didn't point out the most obvious reason Vermillion was a reseal - it doesn't have the hint book AT ALL!!!

Well the last time he responded he sounded very honest...And busy also..Like he'd been caring a lot for children and had no time. But could not respond for two months for a simple email??? Ingorance here i smell...
Re: brinn selling resealed games
Watch my Flashback video also.rarebucky wrote:BTW, I just went and watched your videos again DS, haha, funny stuff You didn't point out the most obvious reason Vermillion was a reseal - it doesn't have the hint book AT ALL!!!
I believed it could exist in that way. Naive though.
Re: brinn selling resealed games
I have dealt with brinn1 several times before and had no probloms but I knew that I would not be recieving museum quality games so it did not really bother me.
Very shocked to hear about the reseals. A guy like him with that many games should know better what he sells.

You might want to try checking some of those games you bought. Guaranteed you have some reseals.

Re: brinn selling resealed games
donnow what else to say... huh... I thought he is honest. And he agreed for refund. Why the hell he does not respond anymore???
Re: brinn selling resealed games
Umm......cause he's NOT honest? You didn't close that dispute just like that did you?
Though what can i say, i've been in a similar situation twice, glad i managed to resolve one of them and the other was just $40 or something, so i let it go and wished the kid a good life
